Before your appointment

To provide the best experience, we ask you to soften the ear wax before your appointment by using ear drops or olive oil products such as Earol. We recommend Earol as the go to olive oil treatment and stock their products, and these can be purchased from our specialists.

To apply Earol, tilt your head or lie on one side and apply the product into your ear, staying in that position for 5 minutes to let it absorb. Do the same for the other ear, ideally repeating this for at least 3 days before your appointment.

If your ears are not oiled beforehand, hard wax deposits might not be removable, and the treatment may need to be rescheduled.
